Re-cycling

And so it seems that I am in good company in overlooking the public sector strike and the usual Wednesday removal of re-cycling. Black bin bags have gone (out-sourced?) but not garden waste or plastics.

Who wants to build a giant model of the PM down at the Quay made out thorn bushes and stale milk containers?

I'm unsure whether to leave my garden waste sacks out  in the hope they will catch up with their rounds tomorrow, or put them away again for two weeks.

Well, top marks up here at the top of the village. Both our rubbish and recycling went.

Not sure it was outsourced - was certainly the usual lorries here.

So, thanks to whoever it was who did the rubbish collections.

Oh gosh - was it him behind all this then? I think we should have been told... :D

Plastic still waiting here, very wet and soggy now. One bag has blown into my neighbours' and I can't reach it so it will have to wait.

According to the CBC plastics and garden rubbish will be picked up on the 14th... so, basically store it!!!!
